All Party Pricing below is based on one riding pony

Terms: $100 deposit, non-refundable

Balance paid in advance, or cash only the day of the party.  Ponies terms are a two or five pound bag of carrots, please.

Pony weight limits are 50 lbs for Billy, and 75 lbs for Jesse. Jesse generally can accommodate children of proper weight/age proportion up to age nine or ten. For the safety of our ponies, non-proportional children may be offered a simple face painting in lieu of a ride at your discretion.  Pony rides are a small child activity and our priority is keeping kids and ponies safe and healthy.

One hour party: $175 - pony rides for up to 15 children, party within 20 mile radius 

One and a half hour party: $250 - pony rides only for up to 25 children, or pony rides and face  painting (cheek art) for up to 8 children. Party must be withing a 50 mile radius. 

Two hour party: $300 - pony rides only for up to 30 children, or pony rides and cheek art for up to 15 children or pony rides and full face painting for up to 10 children.

The above prices include one riding pony because we send one handler. The second pony can be petted and brushed and decorated with flowers.  Both ponies will be saddled and worked in shifts during a two hour party if size of child allows.

We allow the option of paying a $7 per child fee, in excess of the above numbers of guests, for face painting parties.  i.e. if you have 18 children but have a two hour pony ride/face painting party scheduled, we can add on time for their face painting at $7 per child if scheduling allows. 

 

 Carriage parties: $350

 Carriage parties now require us to supply an additional handler.   1 1/2 hour party includes the 1/2 hour setup time  during which children may play on carriage and with the ponies.

Combination Carriage/Pony Ride Party: $400 and up 

Carriage use limited to one hour of driving per party - Ponies may be ridden for any amount of time. Example - a $400 two hour party gives 40 minutes driving time and 45 minutes riding time, enough to accommodate a party of 15 children. One pony gives rides at a time.

Additional time is prorated at $75 per half hour per pony or per face painter, in 30 minute increments.  We will be happy to extend your party as needed, as our schedule allows.

Additional  riding pony  is an extra $150 per hour for riding parties, $100 per party for ride-and-drive parties of 2 hrs or less.  Availability may be limited depending on location.

Picture pony  $50/hr for use of Billy the Kid  for your tiny tots - you supply the handler to hold pony (no riding - just standing for pic's)  Great way to expedite when you may have a few more than 15 children, but only want ponies for an hour.

Face painting  is $125 per hour for Angela, $25 for my children as their schedule allows.

Prices for portraiture and caroling parties will follow the same structure as that for birthday parties above.

Commercial and Church events priced upon request only.  We do not do carnivals.

 Please consider having your party before 1 pm or after 3 pm, to allow others to enjoy our ponies.
